책 소개

특히 시스템 반도체 설계 방법론이 다른 공학 기술과 어떻게 다른지, 그리고 AI를 포함한 일상 속 전자제품의 구조와 두뇌 역할을 하는 반도체 디바이스의 역할을 보여준다.

저자 Prof. Roger Kim은 숭실대학교 차세대반도체학과 교수로, 시스템 반도체 분야에서 R&D, 세일즈, 마케팅, 기획 등 30년 이상 근무했다. 1991년 삼성전자 반도체사업부에 입사하여 2004~2009년 삼성반도체 런던/프랑크푸르트에서 유럽 System LSI 사업 총괄을 역임했다.
